Brownwood News – United States Representative Mike Conaway will be visiting Coleman next
week to formally endorse Dr. Glenn Rogers for the Texas House District 60 seat.

“The people of District 60 value the right to life, especially those who are unable to protect
themselves. Furthermore, the people understand how important agriculture, especially farming
and ranching, is to the District,” said Rep. Conaway. “The constituents of District 60 expect their
representatives to be a champion of these issues. I believe that Dr. Rogers is that champion. I am
happy to support Glenn for the Texas House District 60 seat.”

“I am thankful to receive the endorsement of Congressman Mike Conaway,” said Rogers.
“Congressman Conaway has relentlessly fought for the interests of his constituents. As a rancher
in his district, I am proud to have Mike represent me and my neighbors in Washington. I am
humbled by his support of my campaign.”

The congressman and Dr. Rogers will be speaking at the Coleman Public Library on Tuesday,
February 18, 2020, at 10 a.m. The public is invited to attend.
