Brownwood News – The City of Early City Council regular monthly meeting will be held via video-conference starting at 6:00 pm Tuesday, May 12. The agenda is below and a link to the agenda is also provided with instructions on how to access the meeting.
1. Members of the City Council may participate in this meeting via teleconferencing and a quorum may not be present in a physical location.
2. This meeting will be open to the public. To allow for remote participation, people may call in and listen to the meeting live. Participation instructions can be found at the end of the posted agenda.
3. Pursuant to Section 551.007 of the Texas Government Code, individuals wishing to address the Council for items listed as public hearings will be recognized when the public hearing is opened. For individuals wishing to speak on a non-public hearing item, they may either address the Council during the Public Comments portion of the meeting or when the item is considered by the City Council.
