Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, January 11, 2011.

Thursday, January 6

*6:18pm-Brownwood Police responded to a report of an assault on a child.  Police spoke with the child and the child’s mother.  According to police it was reported that the 7-year-old was kicked in the chest by a high school aged male while waiting for the school bus.  A suspect was identified and charges are being pursued. 

*8:17pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of Terrace Drive regarding a citizens’ dispute.  According to the report a window was broken during the chaos.  The complainant wished to pursue charges against the suspect.

Monday, January 10

*5:35pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2900 block of Austin Avenue regarding an incident of theft.

*10:05pm-Brownwood Police responded to the 900 block of Riverside Drive, to a local bar, regarding disorderly conduct.  Investigation led to the arrest of 24-year-old Tabitha Jo Carrier for Public Intoxication.

*10:46pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1300 block of Avenue A regarding theft.  Investigation determined a game system was stolen from inside a residence.  The complainant wished to pursue charges if a suspect is found.

*Early Police arrested 17-year-old Kolby Dylan Garrett of Bangs, 20-year-old Samantha Nicole Robledo and 24-year-old Dusty James Regino.  Garrett, Robledo and Regino were each charged with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
