Brownwood News – Early voting ended Friday with a flurry of activity at the Brown County Elections Office. Larry Franks, Elections Administrator, reports 41 Democrats and 558 Republicans turned out for a Friday total of 599, the highest single day turnout during the two weeks of early voting.

Democrats – 200
Republicans – 2,641
Total Early Votes – 2,841
This compares to 2018 (non-presidential year) of 1,935 and 2016 (presidential year) of 4,036.
