Citizens Presentations: Any citizen desiring to address the Board of Directors regarding a matter not included on agenda may do so at this time. The Board of Directors may not deliberate on items presented under this agenda item. To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Board of Directors respectfully requests that prior to addressing the Board, each person submit a citizen’s presentation form located at the entrance lobby, stating your name, address and topic of presentation. All presentations are limited to five (5) minutes time limit.
Consider and take necessary action regarding a request from Mr. Billy Sneed on approximately 6.13 acres on Lake Brownwood adjacent to his personal property.
Consider and take necessary action regarding a request from Mr. Tommy Davis for the possible lease of a vacant lot on Peninsula Subdivision adjacent to the Lake Brownwood dam ramp.
Consider and take necessary action regarding signing an agreement with Voltus, Inc., for the District’s participation in the Demand Response Program.
Consider and take necessary action regarding an amendment to the 2019-2020 Fiscal Year Budget for the purchase of a new raw water pump for the District’s membrane treatment plant in the amount of $33,253.35.
