On 2/15/19, at approximately 12:11 PM, Deputy Hopson, responded to CR 550. This was for a criminal mischief report. The incident is still being investigated.
On 2/15/19, at approximately 4:07 PM, Deputy Hopson, responded to FM 2525 for an animal bite report. The victim stated she was attacked by a feral cat. The incident was documented.
On 2/15/2019, Cpl. Taylor Fletcher, took a theft report from a victim, who claimed her stepmother, stole items from a house where both subjects had belongings stored. The suspect’s boyfriend was also reportedly involved in the theft, and was possibly identified.
On 2/16/19, at approximately 12:00 PM, Deputy Hopson, was contacted by a complainant worried about his daughter. A report was generated.
On 2/16/19, at approximately 2:45 PM, Deputy Hopson, responded to CR 152 for a Criminal Trespass Warning report. Deputy Hopson contacted a resident of the home, who wished to file a trespass warning on a known person.
On Monday, February 18, 2019, at approximately 6:02 AM, Deputy Scotty Burke, was dispatched to CR 336. The complainant advised 2 of his vehicles had been broken into during the night. A neighbor, from just up the street who was also the victim of a burglary, noticed the complainant’s vehicle rear hatch was open. The neighbor stopped and advised the complainant of the situation. The report will follow.
On 2/18/19, at approximately 3:44 PM, Deputy Hopson, took a theft report involving the Brookesmith Pee Wee League. Victims advised a known suspect took several thousand dollars from the league account. The incident is still being investigated.
On 2/18/19, at approximately 4:37 PM, Deputy Hopson, spoke with a victim, who advised numerous items have been stolen from his property. The incident is still being investigated.
