Thursday, November 08
- Approximately 16:51pm, I was dispatched to a South Brownwood address in reference to a follow up on a theft that occurred October, 4 2018 at 1503 Fisk Street. A report was generated and charges were pursued.
Friday, November 9
- Around 1700 hours I, Officer M. Thompson #635, was dispatched to 4410 S. US 377 Room 235, Gate One Inn, for a warrant.
Saturday, November 10
- A Brownwood Police Officer was dispatched to 1200 block of Ave B, in reference to a dog in the back yard that did not belong there.
- Approximately 3:51 p.m. Brownwood Police arrived at 401 West Commerce, Walmart, after being dispatched to the store in reference to theft. A suspect was identified and arrested on a theft enhancement.
- Brownwood Police responded to a report of an assault which occurred in the 1800 block of 13th Street. A report was generated and an investigation is being conducted.
- Approximately 2230 hours, a Brownwood Police Officer observed a vehicle at the 1200 block of Austin Avenue with an expired vehicle registration. While lawfully detained for the traffic violation, the investigation showed the driver was found operating a motor vehicle on a public roadway under the influence of alcoholic beverages. The driver was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd. The passenger was found to have an open alcoholic beverage, issued a citation, and released. A report was made.
- Brownwood PD Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of E. Commerce St in reference to a large fight in a business. Officers arrived at the location and found one subject who was involved in the altercation was still at the location, but the other party had left. Information was obtained and this report was generated.
Sunday, November 11
- Approximately 1:04 a.m. A Brownwood Police Officer responded to a North Brownwood apartment complex in reference to an unwanted subject.
- At 4:43 a.m. Brownwood PD Officers were dispatched to BRMC in reference to an assault that had occurred at another location. After the suspect was located at the hospital, he was arrested for Assault w/ Injury – Family Violence.
- Brownwood Police was dispatched to the 1500 block of Terrace drive where a male was unresponsive in a bedroom. The male was woken up by officers. He was arrested for Possession Controlled Substance Penalty.
Monday, November 12
- At 1:56 a.m. Brownwood Police Officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Dublin Drive in reference to an assault that had occurred at that location. The suspect was identified, but not located. The investigation is ongoing.
- Brownwood Police Officers were dispatched to a south Brownwood residence for a theft report. Information was gathered and a report has been generated.
- Approximately 11:28 p.m. a Brownwood Police Officer met with a complainant at the LEC in reference to theft of a firearm. A suspect has been identified and a report has been completed.
- Approximately 8:40 p.m. several Brownwood Police Officers responded to a North Brownwood residence for a call of a man making threats with a gun. No shots were fired and no arrests were made. A report was generated and completed.
Tuesday, November 13
- Brownwood PD was dispatched to the 1800 Blk of Ave D. in regard to a criminal mischief incident that resulted in a report being generated.
