October 22nd
- Accident / FM 2525-CR 317. Two vehicle accident with injuries. Fire/EMS responded. One transported to BRMC ER
- Medical Emergency / 300 block of Early Boulevard – lifeguard transported
- Theft / 1000 block of Early Boulevard – Report made
October 21st
- Reckless driver / 900 block of Early Boulevard – Officers received information of a possible drunk driver. Vehicle was located at Allsup’s. Officers made contact with the driver. Officers determined the driver was intoxicated and conducted field sobriety test. The driver, Russell Rosenbusch of Bangs, failed the field sobriety test and was placed under arrest for DWI. Rosenbusch was taken to the BRMC ER for a blood draw then taken to the Brown County jail.
- Medical emergency / 1100 block of Early Boulevard – Lifeguard transported
- Agency Assist with BCSO. Male subject walking on CR 234. Officers arrested Luis Antonio Rivera-Cintron. Subject wanted from earlier in weekend during a manhunt with Brownwood PD.
October 20th
- Agency assist with BPS and BCSO. Subject ran on foot from officers possibly armed with handgun. Officer assisted in search of suspect.
- Reckless driver / east Highway 377. Vehicle weaving in and out of roadway. Vehicle stopped in 1000 block of Early Boulevard by DPS. Officer stood by to assist DPS
- Suspicious person / 1000 block of Early Boulevard – Two juveniles sitting next to a closed business. Juveniles trying to charge their phones on exterior outlet. Juveniles instructed to move along
- Suspicious / 100 block of Sunrise. Large number of juveniles running around school building “screaming and hollering.” Kids advised to move along
- Assault / 100 block of Salt Creek. One person transported by EMS
October 19th
- Community Relations / officer out at schools while kids being dropped off.
- Agency assist with CPS / 900 block of Terraha.
- Missing person / caller stated subject isn’t showing up for work. Believed the subject lived in Early. Early has no record of the subject unable to locate anything. Caller is in Brownwood. Call referred to Brownwood
- Accident / 100 block of Early Boulevard – 2 vehicle accident with injuries. Early Fire and Lifeguard EMS responded. 1 transported to ER. Citation issued to at-fault driver.
- Civil matter / walk-in. Caller wanted to file charges against husband, she believed he was married to another woman.
- Theft / 900 block of Early Boulevard
- Alarm / 300 block of Early Boulevard – building secure
- Accident / FM 2126/2525 Fire/EMS responded.
October 17th
- Accident / Garmon Drive-Riveroaks. Vehicle hydroplaned and struck fire hydrant. No injuries
- Theft / 900 block of Early Boulevard
- Fraud / walk-in. Forged checks being passed at convenience store.
- Accident / 1500 block of Early Boulevard – truck pulling trailer slid off roadway into pole. No injuries
- Alarm call / 300 block of Early Boulevard – building secure
