September 21st
- 9:59 a.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to a south Brownwood residence regarding criminal mischief.
- 11:58 a.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to the Law Enforcement Center regarding a theft of a firearm. Information was gathered from the complainant and an investigation is ongoing.
- 1:27 p.m. A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy arrived at an address on Turner Drive in Brownwood in regards to an unwanted person.
- 2:17 p.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to a south Brownwood residence for a report of harassment.
- 2:49 p.m. Brownwood Police arrested a female for Criminal Trespass.
- 3:23 p.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to a south Brownwood address regarding a theft that had occurred.
- 4:01 p.m. A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to an address on Harbor Drive in regards to trespassing.
- 4:05 p.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to a north Brownwood intersection regarding a vehicular accident.
- 8:47 p.m. A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to an address on Tipperary Drive in regards to criminal mischief.
- (No time noted) A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy took a report of an assault between inmates at the Brown County Jail.
September 22nd
- 1:48 a.m. A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy observed a white Ford pickup “fishtailing recklessly” in an Allsup’s parking lot, according to the report. The deputy made contact with the driver, identified as Tyler Wayne Jackson, as he parked in the Stripe’s parking lot. After further investigation Jackson was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
- 3:00 a.m. Brownwood Police responded to the 1800 block of Avenue D in reference to a disturbance. According to the report, upon arrival officers discovered a female had fallen off a vehicle while in motion. After an investigation, officers arrested 36 year old Christopher Lee Lopez for Deadly Conduct.
- 2:27 p.m. Brownwood Police responded to the 1300 block of Austin Avenue in regards to an assault.
- 9:39 p.m. Brownwood Police responded to the 1000 block of W. Commerce in reference to an intoxicated person.
- 9:40 p.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Avenue C regarding an assault.
September 23rd
- 10:40 a.m. A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched to an address on FM 586 in the Bangs area regarding Assault/Family Violence.
- 1:32 p.m. Brownwood Police responded to the 400 block of W. Commerce in regards to criminal trespass.
- 4:55 p.m. A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to an address on Norwood in regards to an assault that had previously occurred.
