Friday, June 1st
- 9:24 p.m. Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Jose Rodriguez was dispatched to the intersection of FM 2525 / C.C. Woodson Road in Early, in regards to a male subject passed out at the stop sign with his foot on the brake. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST’s) were performed on the male driver, identified in the report as 28 year old Christopher Harris, who was ultimately arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
Saturday, June 2nd
- (No Time Noted) Brown County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to two addresses on Waco Street in Brownwood in regards to a subject stealing. The unknown subject left the property before officers arrived on scene. The suspect has yet to be identified and the investigation is ongoing.
- 1:20 a.m. Brownwood Police responded to a call for service to a reckless driver possibly under the influence of alcoholic beverages. The suspect vehicle was located, Investigation showed the driver was found to be intoxicated and placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated.
- 10:09 a.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to the Law Enforcement Center to speak with a complainant regarding a domestic disturbance.
Sunday, June 3rd
- 8:20 a.m. A Brownwood Animal Control Officer was dispatched to 1001 Belle Plain for a dog at large. Two citations were issued.
- 10:08 a.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2000 block of Brady Ave in reference to a suspicious report. A male was arrested for an outstanding warrant and Evading Arrest Detention w/Previous Convictions.
- 2:23 p.m. Brownwood Police conducted a traffic stop on a blue passenger car for failing to signal intent to turn. During the course of the traffic stop, narcotics were found in the vehicle. Kinsley Nicole Gardner was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 <1 g Drug Free Zone, Possession of Marijuana<2OZ Drug Free Zone, and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence with the Intent to Impair.
- 4:54 p.m. Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Simpson responded to Brin Street in regards to a camper trailer possibly being burglarized. Upon arriving on scene, Deputy Simpson met with the complainant who identified the person who attempted to burglarize the trailer. There was slight damage to the door and it appeared no one actually entered the trailer. The complainant did wish to pursue charges.
- 10:20 p.m. Brownwood Police responded to the 2500 block of Coggin Avenue in reference to a theft of a firearm.
Monday, June 4th
- 12:19 a.m. Brownwood Police arrested Thomas Stewart in the 3700 block of Savoy Drive for Resisting Arrest and Public Intoxication.
