Brownwood News – The Early Chamber of Commerce hosted local Republican candidate forum Friday January 26th in the Bullion Suites at the Howard Payne University Mabee Center. Republican Candidates for State House District 60, Representative Mike Lang and Gregory Risse were in attendance. The third candidate for that seat Jim Largent was unable to attend due to a previous commitment, but was able to have his answers to the forum questions read by moderator Rick Phelps.

Early voting for the Brown County Republican primary will be February 20 – March 2, with election day set for Tuesday March 6, 2018.
