- Deputy Burke met with a female at her residence in reference to a violation of a protective order and report. She advised her husband had been to the house to get some things and he had taken her phone and the vehicle with the car seats.
- Deputy Mathis, spoke with a complainant about an instance of Credit Card Abuse. The complainant’s card was used in Dallas at “She’s Happy Hair” for a total of $43.50. A suspect was named in the report.
- Deputy Burke met with a complainant at her property on Hwy 183 N. in Brownwood in reference to a burglary of a building report and investigation. She stated several tools were discovered missing while she was cleaning up the work shop of her late son.
- Sergeant Bastardo was dispatched to CR 147 in regards to burglary of habitation. A large doubled door refrigerator was taken from the residence.
- Deputy Mathis was dispatched to N. 183 in Early for a report of public lewdness. A female complainant called the Sheriff’s Office to report a male was following her and touching and exposing himself. Information was gathered and a report was made. The male suspect was identified in the report.
- Deputy Rodriguez was dispatched to FM 590 S in Zephyr in regards to an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The complainant advised someone had tried to run him over with a vehicle while he was grabbing mail from his mailbox. A report was made.
- Deputy Mathis was dispatched to the 9000 block of CR 257 for a report of a bicycle on the side of the road. The deputy located the bike and a found property report was made.
- Corporal Fletcher responded to CR 366 to a report of a burglary of a vehicle. The burglary suspect was found and identified as Mason Cabaniss. It was also determined Cabaniss was under the influence of drugs and alcohol. The deputy arrested Mason Cabaniss for Public Intoxication and Burglary of a Motor Vehicle.
