Special Release to Brownwood News – Denise Hudson was selected as the Early Chamber of Commerce October Ambassador of the month. The Early Chamber of Commerce staff expressed their appreciation of the volunteer work that ambassadors do and for the support they give to the community.
“I’m truly blessed to be a part of the Ambassador Club and honored to be nominated as Ambassador of the Month,” Hudson said. “I am excited about the upcoming 2015-2016 year and promoting Early and Brown County, as well as promoting all this community has to offer.”
Hudson has been a resident of Brown County since 2013 and an employee of the Chamber of Commerce since 2011. With the transitions that took place as of October 1, 2016, she is now the City of Early’s Convention and Visitors Bureau Coordinator. The change in job title has now allowed her to volunteer her time as an ambassador, where she was also recently nominated as President for the 2016-2017 year. She is also a mother of two daughters: Brittney and Bridgett, and also has a granddaughter, Reagan.
“The chamber is happy to have Denise be a part of our amazing team, as well as our President. We appreciate her time, efforts and contributions to our community,” said Michelle Cortez, Early Chamber of Commerce Membership Director.
