Brown County Museum of History in association with Alpha Psi Omega will host their 8th Annual Haunted Jail with their Monster Quest on Saturday, October 29th and Zombie Lockdown on Monday October 31st.
Tours will take place every 15 minutes during the hours of 7:30 p.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Museum (Old Jail that looks like a Castle), which is located at 212 N. Broadway. Tickets are $5 each.
Zombie Lockdown is a thrilling adventure where participants (10 and over) are equipped with a non-lethal dart gun (NERF) and sent into the dark rooms of the historic old Brown County Jail to fight off a horde of zombies while searching for the mysterious artifact.
This interactive, non-gory action challenge will test nerves and aim. There will also be a Haunted History Walk-Through tour that will travel through the first floor and the museum annex. Organizers invite the public to explore their curiosity in local Brown County legends, and possibly experience some ghostly encounters.
Younger visitors are also encouraged to enjoy the Haunted Museum tour which includes games and prizes for children 10 and under.
Proceeds benefit the Museum of History and Alpha Psi Omega. For more information, please contact Nick Ewen by calling 325-203-7509.
