Bangs Lady Dragons 15, Winters 0
BANGS – The Bangs Lady Dragons mauled Winters, 15-0, in District 8-2A softball action Tuesday.
Bangs scored 10 runs in the second inning and tacked on five runs in the third to end the game after three frames.
The Lady Dragons finished with 17 hits, led by three – including a home run – and three RBIs from Abby Wolf; three and one RBI from Neeley Bradley; a pair and two RBIs from Stormy Stringer; two and one RBI apiece from Aubree Buford, Cheyenne Rush and Adalynne Stephens; and one hit from Justice Baker.
In the circle, Wolf hurled a one-hitter with six strikeouts and one walk.

Bangs Dragons 13, Winters 4
BANGS – The Bangs Dragons overcame a four-run deficit by scoring the last 13 runs in a 13-4 District 7-2A baseball victory over the Winters Blizzards Tuesday.
Bangs drew within 4-3 in the bottom of the third, grabbed a 7-4 advantage in the bottom of the fifth, and tacked on six insurance runs in the bottom of the sixth.
The Dragons notched nine hits, led by four and two RBIs from Everett Kirchner; three and an RBI from Jaxon Duncan; one hit and one RBI from Kaleb Biggs; and one hit from Rex Guerrero. Hunter Crowell also drove in a run.
On the mound, Duncan and Kason Klutts combined to yield two earned runs on six hits with six strikeouts and six walks.

May Tigers 14, Eula 0
EULA – The May Tigers remained undefeated on the season with a 14-0 victory over District 7-A baseball rival Eula Tuesday.
The Tigers (6-0-1) scored five runs in the top of the first inning, three in the second, and six more runs in the fourth inning.
May’s 18 hits included three and three RBIs from Ben Harrell; three from Maddix Raffel; a pair and two RBIs from Brody Stice; two and one RBI apiece from Hunter Seider, Kaden Watkins, Kayden Psencik, and Jackson Lusk; one and a pair of RBIs from Lane Goodson; and one and an RBI from Kobey Morris.
On the mound, Morris tossed a one-hit shutout with seven strikeouts and a pair of walks.

Peaster 12, Early Lady Horns 8
PEASTER – The Early Lady Horns slipped to 4-5 in District 8-3A softball action and 13-7 on the season with a 12-8 road loss to Peaster Tuesday.
Early led 4-0 going to the bottom of the fourth where Peaster grabbed a 7-4 advantage. The Lady Horns reclaimed an 8-7 lead in the top of the fifth inning, but Peaster surged in front again, 9-8, in the bottom of the frame, and added three insurance runs in the sixth.
The Lady Horns finished with 19 hits – three, with a home run, and three RBIs from Jamie Vassar; three and one RBI each from Kyleigh Caperton and Marissa Reedy; three from Andie Simpson; two, including a home run, and a pair of RBIs from Harper Thornberry; two each from Aleeya McCombs and Jamie Lyon; and one hit from Jordan Simmons.
In the circle, Leslee Beard and Sydney Greaves combined to surrender 12 earned runs on 14 hits with four strikeouts and six walks. The Early defense committed the game’s only error.

Tolar 2, Early Longhorns 1
TOLAR – The Early Longhorns slipped to 2-5 in District 8-3A baseball action and 4-12 on the season with a 2-1 road loss to Tolar Tuesday.
Tolar scored both its runs in the bottom of the first inning, while Early mustered only one run in the top of the fifth.
The Longhorns were limited to five hits – two by Ben Wilson and one each by Brayden Moya, Eli Pallette and Rowan McDermed.
On the mound, Pallette allowed one earned run on five hits with five strikeouts and one walk. The Early defense committed three errors.
