The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Gavin Slavik, on probation for the felony offense of Evading Arrest, was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Stephen Tyler Havins, on probation for the felony offense of Fraud and Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Kattie Diane French aka Kattie Diane Kitchens, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division
