NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Brownwood Zoning Board of Adjustment shall conduct a public hearing for the following request at City Hall Council Chambers, 501 Center Ave, at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, March 11, 2025:

(VAR 01-25) 1303 Coggin Ave.: Requesting a variance for 15ft. into the 15ft. side street setback requirement and 5ft. into the 5 ft. side yard setback requirement for a carport. Will add gutters.
