A funeral service for Billie Horton, 88, of Quitman, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Stacy-Wilkins Funeral Home in Goldthwaite. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Mills County. Billie Horton passed away Tuesday, Feb. 11
