GRAHAM – The Brownwood Lions remained winless in District 6-4A boys basketball action and their skid reached 11 games as the Graham Steers completed a league sweep, 67-52, here Friday night.

The Lions (13-17, 0-7), who dropped the first meeting to Graham (14-14, 3-4) by a 64-63 count at Warren Gym on Jan. 14, trailed 16-9 after one quarter, 33-24 at halftime and 46-34 heading into the final period of the rematch.

Brownwood received 20 points from Casey Friebel followed by Weston Wolf with 12, Elias Perez with nine, Ross Strasner with eight and Durham Brown with three points.

Graham was sparked by Tyler Allen’s 15 points, 10 from Cooper Corley, nine each from Ty Thompson and Brody Martin, and eight points from Bryce Martin.

The Lions host district leader Brock (23-8, 7-0) at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday.
