AccelHealth is pleased to announce that Misti Till, Licensed Professional Counselor, has joined the Brownwood Behavioral Health Team.
Misti is committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve personal growth. She employs evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, play therapy, and Humanistic Sand-tray Therapy to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other issues.
By offering a compassionate, non-judgmental space for healing and self-discovery, Misti aims to empower her clients on their journeys to wellness. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University.
Till stated, “I am very excited to work for an organization that is focused on offering resources to everyone. I look forward to being able to serve our area as a mental health practitioner.”
CEO Esther Taylor added, “We are thrilled to have Misti join the AccelHealth team. Her skills and experience are a great complement to the behavioral health department.”

AccelHealth is excited to announce that Ms. Starsha Brown, LPC, has joined our behavioral health department!
Starsha Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve personal growth. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma
through comprehensive, evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
With a strong focus on empowering clients to actively engage in their healing journey, Ms. Brown provides both individualized and group therapy. She is experienced in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and advocating for her clients’ overall well-being. Her compassionate approach fosters a supportive and non-judgmental environment that promotes healing, growth, and self-exploration.
Ms. Brown earned her Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a Minor in Psychology, as well as her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology, from Tarleton State University in Stephenville.
Brown stated, “I am excited to be a part of a team that is dedicated to an integrated multidisciplinary care model. I look forward to helping affect positive change in the lives and communities of those we serve!”
