The City of Early  issued the following press release Friday:

We are thrilled to celebrate a monumental milestone in our community: Daniel Castillo has been awarded his prestigious 30-Year Service Pin, recognizing his extraordinary dedication to the City of Early.

Throughout his three decades of service, Daniel has worked under four supervisors, witnessed three Chiefs of Police, and collaborated with two city administrators. There was only one field at the City Park when he began, but he played a crucial role in developing five additional fields and revitalizing the park. His efforts have enhanced our recreational facilities and helped host numerous district and state baseball and softball tournaments, fostering community spirit and pride.

Additionally, Daniel has been instrumental in transforming McDonald Stadium into the vibrant McDonald Park we enjoy today. His contributions extend to the development of the Town Center Lake and Park, providing even more opportunities for our community to gather and enjoy the outdoors.

Daniel’s unwavering commitment, hard work, and relentless spirit have inspired us all. He has lifted those around him and set a high standard for service in our community.

Let’s come together as a community to congratulate Daniel on this remarkable achievement! Join us in honoring his incredible legacy of service and dedication and showing our heartfelt appreciation for all he has accomplished.
