Kathy Keeney Mikol, age 55, of Hoover Valley formerly of Cherokee, passed away Monday, January 26, 2015 in Round Rock, Texas.

Graveside Services for Kathy will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, January 30, 2015 at Neal Cemetery in Spring Creek, Texas with Thomas Bowden officiating. No visitation will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of San Saba.

Kathy was born on January 19, 1960 to John Ed and Betty (Whitley) Keeney in San Saba, Texas. Kathy was a very loving person that loved her family deeply and in return everyone loved her. Kathy’s passion was cooking; she was very good at it.

Kathy leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 15 years, Mark Mikol of Hoover Valley, TX; three sons, John Lynn Keeney of Cherokee, TX, Jim Ed Keeney of Kingsland, TX, and Kevin Lee Huston of Williamstown, New Jersey; father, John Ed Keeney of Cherokee, TX; sister, Karen Finnigan and husband Derick of Brownwood, TX; brother, Al Keeney and wife Elena of Burnet, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Keeney.
