The water level at Lake Brownwood continues to rise following the rains of September, as at 11:30 a.m. Thursday capacity was 94.7 percent, 0.95 feet below the spillway, with 1,423.95 feet of water.
In the five days of September, the lake level has risen 3.41 feet from the 1,420.54 mark of Aug. 30. The amount of water in the lake currently is the most since Oct. 22, 2021.
Lake capacity is 1,424.9 feet.
