The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Patrick Boutelle, on probation for the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and Burglary of a Habitation, was adjudicated and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Edward Franklin Fields, on probation for the felony offense of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, was adjudicated and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
