The World Championship Bison Cookoff is scheduled for Friday May 17-18th at the Santa Anna Civic center in Santa Anna, TX.  The event is sponsored by the Santa Anna Chamber of Commerce and sanctioned by Lone Star Barbecue Society and Texas Bison Association.  It was declared Texas State Bison Cookoff by Texas Senate in 2004.

There is something for everyone. Come out and enjoy wine tasting, a kids carnival, soft ball tournament, arts and crafts, cornhole and washer tournaments, food trucks, vendors , a bison brisket luncheon and more.
