Amy Morris, the assistant principal at Northwest Elementary has been named TEPSA’s Assistant Principal of the Year for Region 15. While this is Mrs. Morris’ first year at Northwest Elementary, she is not new to Brownwood ISD or the classroom. Morris has 24 years of experience in education.
Her compassion and unique problem solving abilities have brought a dynamic that is both productive and exciting to the staff and students. Her contagious spirit invites optimism and confidence in the face of adversity.
Morris’ husband Paul just celebrated his 20th year with the Dallas Fire Department. The couple has been married for 20 years and they have three outstanding boys. As a family, they enjoy teaching children’s church at Grace Baptist Church followed by football games and good food!
Mrs. Morris has been an exceptional addition to Brownwood ISD and we are so proud of her!
