Early Longhorns 64, Miles 47
MILES – The Early Longhorns improved to 2-2 on the season with a 64-47 triumph over Miles Friday at the Miles tournament.
The Longhorns led 22-6 after one quarter, 33-19 at halftime, and 48-30 through three periods.
Early received 18 points from Kamden Gamblin, 13 from Jacob McDaniel, 12 from Dalton Adams, seven from Andrew Caten, six from Alex Perez, and three each from Will Prochaska and Weston Barton.

Early Lady Horns 31, Sterling City 26
MILES – The Early Lady Horns tallied a 31-26 victory over Sterling City Friday in Miles tournament action.
The Lady Horns (6-8) led 6-5 after one quarter, 14-9 at halftime, and 22-12 heading into the fourth period.
Jenna Hataway led the Lady Horns with 11 points followed by six apiece from Jamie Vasser and Gabby Benson, four from Dakota Barksdale, three from Lindsey Bastardo, and two from Cassidy Frerichs.

May Lady Tigers 50, Baird 15
MULLIN – The May Lady Tigers advanced to the Mullin tournament championship game and improved to 7-2 on the season with a 50-15 victory over Baird Friday.
The Lady Tigers led 23-3 after one quarter, 34-11 at halftime, and 43-12 through three periods.
Chloe Lord scored a team-best 13 points for the Lady Tigers followed by Mia Musick with 11, Jordyn Gerhardt with 10, Kenleigh Williford with six, McKenna Landes and Kenlyn King with four each, and Estrella Bustamante with one.
May will play for the tournament championship at 4:15 Saturday.

May Tigers 44, Gorman Panthers 28
Comanche Indians 29, May Tigers 20
DE LEON – For the second day in a row the May Tigers split two games at the De Leon tournament, first falling to Comanche Friday before bouncing back with a win over Gorman.
In a 29-20 loss to Comanche, the Tigers trailed 6-4 after one quarter, 19-6 at halftime, and 23-16 though three periods.
May was led by Brody Stice with five points and Zack Martin and J.D. White with four points apiece.
In a 44-28 victory over Gorman, the Tigers led 11-6 after one period, 17-16 at halftime and 33-20 through three frames.
Martin tallied 14 points, White chipped in 10 and Jackson Lusk finished with nine points.

San Saba Lady Dillos 58, Bangs Lady Dragons 22
SAN SABA – The Bangs Lady Dragons dropped a 58-22 non-district road decision to San Saba Friday.
Bangs (4-4) trailed 16-6 after one quarter, 26-8 at halftime, and 43-13 heading to the fourth quarter.
Kasey Solis finished with six points for the Lady Dragons trailed by Cheyenne Rush with five, Neeley Bradley with four, Justice Baker with three, and Raylee Hutchins and Jaylee Valdez with two points apiece.
Cinzlea Stanton led San Saba with 22 points.
