The 15th Annual Christmas Under the Stars Lighted Parade sponsored by AccelHealth featured over 100 entries from classic cars, floats, marching bands, and other vehicles, all decorated and lit for the holiday season. Thousands of residents and visitors packed Downtown Brownwood to watch the parade, led by this year’s Grand Marshal Hank Hunter. Special guests included: Brownwood Mayor Stephen E. Haynes, Early Mayor Dr. Robert G. Mangrum, Brownwood Attorney Jennifer Broughton, Brown County Commissioner Wayne Shaw, Brown County Commissioner Joel Kelton, Brownwood City Council Walker Willey, Brownwood City Council Draco Miller Jr., Texas State Representative David and Ginger Spiller, Representative from Congressman Pfluger’s Office Hilary Stegemoller, and 35th District Court Judge Mike Smith.
