The 2023 Longhorn Legends were recently announced as Rhonda Howard and Ken Lamkin will be honored on Friday, Oct. 6 at 4:30 p.m. in the Early High School Student Activity Center and again at 6 p.m. at Longhorn Stadium, prior to Early’s District 2-3A Division II opener and homecoming contest against Ballinger.

Howard is a 1976 graduate who came back to teach for Early ISD from 1989-2012 and Lamkin is a 1963 graduate who served our country in the United States Air Force. They both live in Early and continue to positively impact the next generation of Longhorns
