The Brownwood Lady Lions are still looking to find their way with only a couple of non-district matches remaining before the start of District 6-4A volleyball action, as they dropped a four-set decision to Midland Christian, 25-15, 24-26, 25-9, 25-14 Friday at Warren Gym.
On the offensive, the Lady Lions received seven kills from both Aubrie Felux and Hannah Deen, five apiece from Jayslin Jones and Aniah Hines, two from Miranda Northcutt, and one from Emma Ringer.
Serving aces were Felux and Ringer with two apiece and Hines and Molly Oliver each tacked on one.
Ringer also distributed 16 assists, along with Hall with seven, and Felux with one.
Defensively, Deen and Hines led the way with four digs each followed be Felux with two and Ringer with one.
Northcutt chalked up a pair of blocks as well.
The Lady Lions (6-18) are back in action at 6 p.m. Tuesday as they host Lometa.
