Bangs (17-6-2, 7-2) scored two runs each in the first and third innings, one in the second, and three apiece in the fourth and sixth frames.
The Dragons chalked up 10 hits, drew two walks and took advantage of a pair of Goldthwaite errors.
Leading the offensive onslaught for Bangs were Skylar Minshew with three hits, including a triple, and four RBIs; and Guy Powell and Ethan Ethridge with two hits and one RBI apiece. Hunter Newton and Dee Klutts both doubled and knocked in a run and Weston Jundt added a single as well.
On the mound, Brayden Fields tossed five innings to earn the win, allowing one earned run on three hits with 12 strikeouts and four walks. Jundt worked the final innings and yielded two hits while notching a strikeout.
The Dragons visit Miles at 4 p.m. Friday.
