The Coleman Police Department previously reported about the recent arrest of Malcolm Todd McMillan, 54, of Santa Anna, Texas for Financial Abuse of an Elderly Individual.

On February 6, 2023, McMillan was re-arrested in Santa Anna by the Santa Anna Police Department and Coleman County Sheriff’s Office after a Motion to Revoke Felony Probation warrant was issued for McMillan.

According to Coleman Police, additional victims have come forward since McMillan’s first arrest reporting more thefts. The sum of money reported at the time of this news release totaled over $22,000.00.  It is believed the amount of money stolen may be much higher.

Law Enforcement Officers are requesting anyone else who was in contact with McMillan, and giving him money, to please contact the Coleman Police Department, Santa Anna Police Department, or the Coleman County Sheriff’s Office to report it.

According to Coleman County online jail records, the most recent arrest carries a bond amount of $25,000.
