The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Tuesday regarding a felony case recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Jess McCoy Hyatt pled guilty to the felony offense of Escape and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
