In the last few years, Mission Possible Kids have helped over one million people worldwide. The first ever Mission Possible Kids chapter in Brown County is set to launch Oct. 9th from 6-7 p.m. at Mission Possible Headquarters, First United Methodist Church Brownwood 2500 11th St.
Mission Possible Kids is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering kids 1st – 4th grade to change the world through helping others. This hands-on program gets kids excited about missions like cooking for the homeless shelters, collecting food for the local food bank, supporting U.S. Troops overseas, making gifts for kids in need and so much more. There is no end to what Mission Possible Kids will accomplish.
Everything at Mission Possible Kids centers on kids as special agents doing God’s work and it makes the work fun. Agents go on special missions earning Mission Stars for their official t-shirts. Every six missions gains promotion in Special Agent status. It is possible for each agent to touch as many as 100 lives per year. Multiply that times the 20, 50, 100 kids and in one year they have touched thousands of lives. Now you can see why Mission Possible Kids can change the world.
If you have a 1st – 4th grader that would like to make a difference in the world through top secret missions, show grown-ups how it is done, they can become a special agent with Mission Possible Kids. New agents can register for $20 and will receive their official Mission Possible Kids t-shirt. New agent training begins Oct. 9th from 6-7 p.m. but new agents are always welcome to join anytime.
