HAMILTON – The Early Longhorns won two of their first three games at the Hamilton tournament, knocking off Goldthwaite, 57-41, and Stephenville, 35-32, with a loss to Cisco, 53-40.
Against Stephenville, the Longhorns trailed 15-2 after one quarter, 22-9 at halftime and 27-21 through three periods.
Kamden Gamblin led the way with 12 points for Early trailed by John-Stewart Gordon with six, John Hill with five, Jeremy Brown and Kaleb Hoffman with four each, and Rohyn Price and Dalton Adams with two points apiece.

May Tigers 64, Priddy 37
ZEPHYR – The May Tigers won their second straight game at the Zephyr tournament Friday, defeating Priddy by a 64-37 count.
The Tigers led 24-8 after one quarter, 37-21 at halftime, and 54-30 through three periods.
Bryson Guerrero led May with 26 points followed by Ben Harrell with 17.

Gorman 47, Early Lady Horns 28
GORMAN – The Early Lady Horns slipped to 4-6 on the season with a 47-28 road loss to Gorman Friday night.
Lindsey Bastardo led Early with seven points followed by Averey Horton with six, Jodi Lykes and Dakota Barksdale with four each, Madison Torrez with three, and Jenna Hataway and Caroline Welker with two points apiece.
Early will host Eastland in the District 8-3A opener at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
