Stanley Earle Larremore, age 74 of Richland Springs, Texas passed away peacefully at his residence. He was surrounded by his loving family. Stanley was born in Columbus, Indiana on June 10, 1948 to parents Everette Earl Mauser and Weida Barclay Mauser.
At age 2 Weida married Clayton Larremore and Stanley was blessed with his second loving father. After graduating from high school, Stanley enlisted in the United States Army. He served as a Triage Medic during the Vietnam War where he did two tours. After being honorably discharged he went on to work for Superior Cable. He also farmed and ranched his eighty acres in Richland Springs.
Stanley was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He was a strong Christian man who cherished his faith and his family. Stanley was independent, selfless, patient and kind. He had a great sense of humor and often took the opportunity to subject his family to a playful prank. He enjoyed being outdoors often times with his metal detector. He took pride in providing for his family and the opportunity to spend time with his daughters and grandchildren. Family vacations were yearly, creating many wonderful lasting memories.
Stanley was a member of The Church of Christ in Richland Springs where he served as an Elder.
His battle with Parkinsons showed his courage of facing life challenges with a smile. Despite the pain, he was strong until the end. He was a true hero; his legacy of faith and love will continue.
Stanley was preceded in death by his parents; and brother Gary Larremore. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving and devoted wife of forty-three years Lisa Larremore; daughters Misti Jirasek and husband Steven. Jennifer Lewis and husband Ryan; grandchildren Matthew Jirasek, Zachariah Jirasek and Hailey Mae Lewis; brother Freddie Larremore and wife Gloria; sister-in-law Marsha Larremore; nephews Keith Larremore and wife Stephanie, Dustin Larremore, Neil Larremore and wife Grace, Curtis Harris and wife Anne-Marie; niece Dawn Dockey and husband Jeff. In addition, he leaves behind many cousins and numerous other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be at 1PM followed by the Celebration of Life at 2PM on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at The Church of Christ in Richland Springs, Texas. Burial with military honors will immediately follow at Rochelle Cemetery in Rochelle, Texas.
