- On Tuesday, Sept. 27, deputies responded to FM 2492. This was in regard to an out-of-control subject on the property. Upon arrival, contact was made with two people, and it was determined only a verbal argument had occurred. One person was advised to stay away from the above listed address. The other requested a Criminal Trespass Warning for the address on FM 2492.
- On Wednesday, Sept. 28, Deputy Toby Mathis responded to Temple Ave. This was in reference to a child custody issue, which turned into a physical altercation. All parties involved were spoken to, and an individual was placed in custody for Assault Family Violence. A report was made.
- On Wednesday, Sept. 28, Deputy Ricky Herring was dispatched to FM 1176. This was in reference to an Estray bull, which was acting very aggressive. Upon my arrival, information was gathered and later in the afternoon the bull was captured and taken to Coleman County Stock yards to be held for safe keeping, and an Estray report was taken.
