- On Tuesday, Sept. 20, Lt. Pete Bastardo spoke with a complainant in regard to wanting a trespass warning issued to an individual. After meeting with the complainant, the individual was located and issued the trespass warning.
- On Wednesday, Sept. 21, Deputy Jim Cornelius was assigned a Call for Service at the Law Enforcement Center. The victim reported his disability debit card was fraudulently used without his knowledge or consent. A suspect was identified by the victim.
- On Wednesday, Sept. 21, Deputy Chris Angel was dispatched to 8394 North State Highway 279. This was in reference to suspicious activity. The vehicle in question was located by Brownwood Police Department. During a probable cause search of the vehicle, methamphetamines were located. The driver was placed under arrest and booked into the Brown County Jail for an outstanding warrant and Possession of Methamphetamines. The right front passenger was placed under arrest and booked into the Brown County Jail for Possession of Methamphetamines.
- On Wednesday, Sept. 21 at about 11:06 p.m., Deputy Byron Langley spoke to a victim by phone in regard to scam. The victim stated a female suspect had contacted him, via Facebook Messenger, requesting money in return for not posting explicit pictures of him.
