Dean Earl White, age 81, of Bangs, left his earthly home to be in the presence of his Lord and Savior on Sunday, February 20, 2022, at his home in Bangs.
He was born June 11, 1940, in Allison, Iowa, the son of Donald H. and Myrtle M. (Poppen) White. Following graduation from high school from Phoenix Union High School in 1959, he worked as a mechanic repairing automobiles. He moved to Bangs in 1975 to work with the New Testament Holiness Church where he has been involved for almost 48 years. He assisted in many areas of the church, working as the sound technician, doing all kinds of repairs and construction, and basically doing anything he could to help the church. He enjoyed working

He is survived by his sister, Audrey Ruffin of Bangs and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, five half-sisters, and a half-brother.
Services will be held at noon on Friday, February 25, 2022, at the Bangs Cemetery Pavilion with Pastor Ronnie White officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Heritage Funeral Home, Davis-Morris Chapel of Brownwood.
