The City of Early City Council will meet Tuesday, October 26, at 6:00 pm at City Hall, 960 Early Blvd. The agenda is below.

A. Call to order, Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance
B. Consideration of the minutes for regular meeting held on October 12, 2021.
C. Citizen’s comments

D. Matters of New Business
1. Town Center Master Development Concept presentation by Schwarz-Hanson Architects.
2. Consideration to approve the Early Town Center master development concept.
3. Consideration to approve an easement transfer from the Brown County Water Improvement District to the City of Early for the Early Town Center Pond Project.
4. Discuss and consider authorization for the City of Early to issue requests for proposals (RFP) for administrative services and requests for qualifications (RFQs) for professional services for the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.

E. Executive Session in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code**.
F. Reconvene into Open Session and consider action, if any, on items discussed in executive session

G. Committee Reports
1. Dispatch Advisory Committee (Chief Mercer)
2. Ambulance Advisory Committee (Benny Allcorn)

H. Administrator’s Report
1. Electrofishing results of the Early Town Center Pond Project
2. Right-of-way acquisition – 106 1/2 Early Blvd
