Sunday, November 11
*5:59 p.m. – Brownwood Fire department responded to a fire call in the 1100 block of Fisk Ave. The incident was determined to be a smoke detector activation, no fire – unintentional.
Tuesday, November 13
*7:19 p.m. – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a Haz-Mat call in the 2300 block of Elizabeth to investigate smell of gas in the area. After investigation, nothing was found.
Wednesday, November 14
*6:55 p.m. – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a Haz-Mat call in the 2400 block of 1st Street. Strong smell of gas in area was found in the area, and Atmos was notified and shut off gas.
Thursday, November 15
*10:44 a.m. – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident in the 800 block of FM 3254 involving 2 vehicles. They checked for injuries and provide first aid. One person was loaded with Guardian.
*3:24 p.m. – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident at the corner of Main / Chandler involving 2 vehicles. No injuries reported.
*9:27 p.m. – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a fire call in the 2000 block of Austin Ave. They extinguished a small fire caused by a BBQ pit.
Saturday, November 17
*2:59 p.m. – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident in the 1100 block of Vine Street to a single vehicle that struck a utility pole. No injuries were reported.
