Jason Boatman, age 46, passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021, in Jennings, Louisiana.
He was born on December 13, 1974, in Brownwood, Texas, to Sam Rodney and Jolene Frances (Nelson) Boatman. He graduated from Comanche High School in 1993 and from Texas State Technical College in 1995 and was an Independent Contractor. On August 28, 2010, he was united in marriage to Ana Castillo in Abilene. Jason was devoted to his wife and family and worked hard to provide everything they needed. He was kind and considerate and was always willing to help others in need. He was a Baptist.
Jason is survived by his wife, Ana Boatman of Clyde; daughter, Kassandra Boatman; parents, Jolene and Sammy Boatman; sister, Twylah Beaty and husband David; brother, Sam Boatman, Jr.; nieces, Chelsea Moreno and husband Chris, Lasea Grindle and husband Jess, Miranda Boatman, and Audrey Boatman; great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyler Beaty, Maleah Moreno, Jack Grindle, Ellie Grindle , and Miles Boatman; and special cousin, Trena Aly and husband Joe.
Family will receive friends at Comanche Funeral Home on Thursday, September 9, 2021, from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.
Funeral Services will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday, September 10, 2021, with Rev. Steven Schulte officiating. Burial will be in White Point Cemetery in Comanche County. Comanche Funeral Home is in Charge of Arrangements. Condolences may be offered on line at www.comanchefh.com
