- On Monday, August 23 at about 2:20 p.m., a complainant reported a bicycle had been dumped just off the roadway in the 7600 block of County Road 136. The bicycle was taken to the Brown County Sheriff’s Office for safekeeping and storage.
- On Tuesday, August 24 at about 9:02 a.m. Deputy Byron Langley, arrived at the Bangs High School located at N 3rd St. in Bangs. This was in regards to an accident. Langley spoke with the victim, who stated someone hit her vehicle while it was parked in the Bangs ISD parking lot.
- On Tuesday, August 24 at about 2:45 p.m., a complainant reported he lost his wallet and its contents on either County Road 135 or County Road 136. A report was taken.
- On Tuesday, August 24 Sgt. Taylor Fletcher, responded to a welfare check on US 67/377. This was for a male waving at cars in the road. The male was identified and appeared to be under the influence of some sort of narcotic and possibly suffering from some sort of mental crisis. MHMR was unable to evaluate the male due to his aggressive behavior. He was arrested for Public Intoxication.
- On Wednesday, August 25 at around 12:45 a.m. Sgt. Taylor Fletcher, took a report of an assault between inmates, which happened earlier in the night. No one is wanting to press charges. A report was made.
