- On Friday, August 20, Deputy Toby Mathis, responded to Springlake West for a call of an unwanted person. An individual called to report her ex-husband was at her residence. Deputies arrived and the ex-husband was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning, and given a ride back to his residence.
- On Monday, August 23 Sgt. Taylor Fletcher, towed a tan Mercury sedan from FM 585, which had been abandoned since at least August 19.
- On Monday, August 23 Sgt. Taylor Fletcher, received a report from an individual that her father, who was suffering from dementia, had money being taken out of his bank accounts by a suspect.
- On Monday, August 23 Deputy Toby Mathis, responded to a burglary not in progress at CR 414. Caller had video of someone in his residence taking items out while he was out of town. A suspect was identified by the caller. Information was gathered and a report was made.
- On Monday, August 23 Deputy Toby Mathis, responded to CR 291 in reference to criminal mischief. An individual reported her ex-boyfriend damaged a PlayStation bought for her kids. The individual reported her ex-boyfriend threatened physical violence against her. A witness heard the threat made by the ex-boyfriend who was placed in custody for Terroristic Threat Family Member to prevent an act of family violence.
