Athletes who have been featured in the X-Games, America’s Got Talent and Dew Action Sports Tour will be presenting a BMX bicycle show at the Bangs High School gymnasium.
As part of Lone Star Action Sports, these athletes will provide a 35-minute show, beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 11. Informational literature states the shows “…include powerful messages about character building, bicycle safety, drug awareness, healthy lifestyles and positive alternatives.”
The organization also states they are a fully functional, self-contained BMX show that will entertain, educate and leave a lasting impression on those in attendance.
The cost of the event is $5 for adults and $3 for students and is being sponsored by the J.B. Stephens Elementary Parent-Teacher Club. Photos contributed.
