The Brownwood/Brown County Health Department on Friday released their weekly COVID-19 update.

This week, their office received 13 positive COVID-19 test results.

Of the 13 positives, 4 were PCR, and 9 were antigen.

There are currently none hospitalized in Brown County for COVID-19.

• People fully vaccinated – 8,945
• Percentage of people 16+ fully vaccinated – 28.95%

30,883 is the estimated number of Brown County residents eligible for vaccination.
