On Monday, Dec. 7, the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department received 65 positive COVID-19 test results, 46 negative, and 60 recoveries. Of the 65 positives, 26 were PCR, and 39 were antigen. There are currently 15 hospitalized in Brown County. Two deaths were reported: a male in his 70’s not from a nursing facility, and a female resident of a nursing facility in her 70’s. Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) COVID-19 mobile testing team will be in Brownwood on Thursday, Dec. 10 from 10 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at Gordon Wood Stadium located at 3206 Milam Drive.
