The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Wednesday morning regarding a felony case recently heard in 35th District Court with Judge Stephen Ellis presiding:
- Alex Larue Fischer, on probation for the felony offenses of Tampering with of Fabricating Evidence and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver was adjudicated and sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Fischer, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
