The City of Brownwood’s Zoning Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing for the following requests at City Hall Council Chambers, 501 Center Ave, at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, December 8, 2020:  

(VAR  12-20) 2300 Southside Dr: Requesting a variance of 14 ft. into the 15 ft. side street setback requirement to build a carport 

(VAR  13-20) 1613 Delwood Dr: Requesting a variance of 6 ft. into the 6 ft. side yard setback requirement and 3 ft. into the 3 ft. rear yard setback requirement to build a storage building  

(VAR 14-20) 4209 Austin Ave: Requesting a variance of 15 ft. Into the 15 ft. side street setback  

requirement to build a carport
