Robert W. Coffman

    Robert W. Coffman passed to be with his Lord on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 7:26 PM in Del Rio, Texas at the age of 75 years,

          Services will be held Saturday at 10:00 AM at Elm Street Church of Christ with Daniel Harrell and Roy Meyer officiating.  Interment will follow at the Rough Creek Cemetery with services under the personal care of Henderson Funeral Home Staff of Coleman.  The family will greet friends for visitation on Friday from 6:00 till 7:30 PM at Henderson Funeral Home.

          Robert Wayne Coffman was born March 1, 1945 in Ballinger, Texas to David Emily and Kathryn Augusta Longacre Coffman.  He was a lifetime resident of Coleman County attending Novice Schools and was a 1963 graduate of Albany High School. He continued his education at Cisco Junior College.  Bob was a resident of Grand Prairie and Irving from 1978 till 1998 returning then to Coleman County.

          On May 5, 2001 Bob married Ozaine Chitwood Kendrick in Novice, Texas and they have lovingly celebrated 19 years of marriage.  He was a member of the Church of Christ and Novice Volunteer Fire Department.  Bob was a professional bus and truck driver for 50 years, enjoyed traveling and was owner of Coffman Pilot Service.

Survivors include his wife, Ozaine Coffman of Silver Valley, Texas; children, Steve & Christy Coffman of Navarre, Florida, Paul & Kristi Coffman of Ovilla, Texas, Kelley & Cynthia Kendrick of View, Texas, Butch & Kelley Kendrick of Ovalo, Texas, Mitch & Paula Goza of Silver Valley, Texas; Mark & Brandy Payne of Carrollton, Texas; 2 sisters, Nell & Arnold Lefevere of Coleman, Texas, and Carolyn Ridon of Palm Springs, Georgia; many nieces and nephews; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson.
